Most areas in Africa weren't inhabited by the locals, because of how barren they were. Whites took those lands and created farms. Slavery ended sooner in Africa than it did in America. Those who farmed the lands were whites themselves or paid workers. Generation after generation of whites lived there. It only takes 1 Gen of blacks in Europe for them to be named European. A black person goes to Germany, his kids are called Germans. Whites, however, are never called Africans. No matter how many years they have lived in Africa or if they were born in it.
