Book Recommendations

ITT: We give one book/author from different denominations which have helped us, and recommend a book from our own.
I'm a Baptist so like this:

Luis Molina "On Divine Foreknowledge: Part IV of the Concordia" translated by Alfred J. Freddoso

The Orthodox Study Bible has some good nuggets.

C.S. Lewis "The Abolishion of Man"

From Lutherean:
Martin Luther "The Bondage of the Will"

Anything by John Owen

As for my recommendation try reading Charles Spurgeon "All of Grace"

KJV
The Guardian
The Philokalia
Anything by Soren Kierkegaard

The Soul of the Apostolate - Jean-Baptiste Chautard

Shameful, but somehow satisfying self bump.

Humility by Andrew Murray (protestant)
←- audiobook vid related, surprisingly wise for a protestant.

Way of the Pilgrim - anonymous russian (orthodox)

Brother Lawrence "The Practice of the Presence of God"

Philokalia

The Book of Common Prayer

Since you already mentioned Luther himself, let me go with Johann Georg Hamann

Jonathan Edwards "Religious Affection".
Alternatively, John Flavel "Mystery of Providence", anything by Spurgeon or John Owen "The Death of Death in the Death of Christ".

I was googling books authored by the saints themselves, rather than being summary or biographies. This came up as an incomplete list with download links.

Seraphim Rose - Orthodoxy and the Religion of the Future

Thomas Kempis - The Imitation of Christ

Best book

Sad, that is not translated to my language I can't find it anywhere

To all those who said Philokalia for the Orthodox I suggest reading first the book "On the Prayer of Jesus" by Bishop Ignatius Brianchaninov.
He explains the common misconceptions, give his interpretation of Philocalia texts and explain what was unsaid in the ancient Fathers. Many authors of the Philokalia are speaking to monks at the intermediate level and so they skip the teachings for the beginners.
If you start from the Philokalia is like building a house starting from the roof.
