It really does make me wonder about their end game for Trump. Let us just say he does have to resign at the very least. Do they think Trump will keep all of the secrets that came with being president? If I were a betting man I would bet every bit of Trump controversy is fabricated to keep him in the news to keep his base riled up and ready to blindly vote R for the next 20 years. Allegedly, at the direction of Trump, and in coordination with campaign officials in order to protect the campaign, Cohen paid the women out of a shell company, and submitted the payment to the Trump Company as a campaign expense, along with other campaign expenses. The company “grossed up” the campaign expenses as if this was taxable income to Cohen (it wasn’t) and had Cohen falsely recharacterize the campaign expenses as a monthly retainer payments (they weren’t), and then reimbursed him over time, out of the “Trust.”

The question isn’t so much whether a crime was committed, it is more a question how many crimes were committed.

Well Cohen admits to the crime but claims he was just following orders. I Wonder how that claim will work out for a jew?

on Oct. 27, 2016, Cohen transferred about $130,000 from Essential Consultants to the adult film actress’ lawyer.

On a form that he used to complete the transfer, Cohen “falsely indicated” that the purpose of the money was “retainer,” the Justice Department said.

“Cohen caused and made the payments described herein in order to influence the 2016 presidential election,” said the department’s release.

The Justice Department went on to say that he would seek reimbursement for expenses relating to the election, presenting to the Trump campaign a bank statement from Essential Consultants that “reflected the $130,000 payment, plus a $35 wire fee” and added $50,000 for “tech services.”

If Cohen has proof that Trump okayed the $130k + $50k to be payed off as a campaign expense…crime commited
