Name says it all. Bonus points for small modest ones
Church Architecture
Oak tree Church of St. Panteleimon in Serbia
St. Olaf Kirke "The Rock Church" in Texas.
This thread needs to be a reminder that Christianity is the only religion to have conquered Antarctica. There are 8 churches there, 4 Catholic, 3 Orthodox, and 1 protestant. Pic related is Chapel of Santa María Reina de la Paz, one of the Catholic churches.
Chapel of the Snows, the only protestant/catholic church on the continent. The protestant chaplains are provided by the US Air National Guard and the Catholic priests are provided by the Diocese of Christchurch. It was destroyed in 1978 by a fire (second pic) and rebuilt in 1989.
Mecha Vault Church, Osaka, Japan
Then here is two of the Orthodox churches, Trinity Church and St. Ivan Rilski Chapel respectively.
How?

Next stop: Orthodox Churches on Mars. Soon well bring Christianity IN SPESS

These are some beautiful high end and low end churches.
This is a picture of the Basilica of St.Tito at Gortyn, a place where I once here God call to me. Unfortunately I didn't listen at the time.

inside a salt mine
Vatican audience hall and the statue of our saviour.
Why does Jesus look like a demon in that statue?
Shitty art style, angle, and lighting
Nothing beats a good Stave Church.
Except a fireproof stone church
I think it was also built (both photos in his post) during a very bad flirtation the church had with modern design ideas during the middle of the last century.
See pic attached for something nicer to look at.
Too pagan. Even the shape of the window references a pagan symbol.
Everything turns to dust eventually.
user, the trinity is not pagan.
I've never seen three triangles be used to represent the trinity like that, only germanic paganism. And the roof peak decorations seem to be referencing the stern of viking longboats.
Where are you even seeing that?
And what is unchristian about that?
Inside the main window are three triangles. The image is blurry, but it's pretty easy to see if you enlarge it.
Because it was historically used by pagans that raided and terrorized rural northern-european Christians?
Oooow, spooky pagan geometry.
So were many other symbols which have been redeemed by Christianity.
Even in scripture the Holy Ghost uses many of the same symbols which the pagans used, like the Ark of the Covenant which was redeemed from Egyptian ritual craftsmanship.
Here are some screenshots of the Wikipedia entry for you sir.

And?
Ah looks super comfy-tier
Images did not upload for some reason.
Are you trying to prove that a circle has more than one center, or can't you see that the figure you're looking at is constructed by dividing an equilateral triangle into four smaller equilateral triangles and then drawing circles which circumscribe them?
Serbs built an underwater church, that's pretty impressive.
Also Serbs used to build churches without using mortar, simply making bricks that tie together by weight. This way the church could be taken apart and turned into two barns, or loaded onto carts and sent away.
Turks would burn churches if they could find them, but Serbs always either moved the church or hid it in come cave or in some wooded area so the bell wouldn't sound far.
Russians have mobile, air-droppable churches to provide +5 Faith to their frontline troops.
Thats cool, got any further reading on lego Churches?

What denomination are you?
This is a slippery slope. What gives Christianity it's validity from the common accepted idea that it's just a copy from ancient paganism is how it sets itself apart form it. There are instances where other sects steal Christina symbolism (like the freemasons and the checkers from Solomon's temple) that can have it's origin traced, and taking it back would actually be redeeming.
It's in Czech Republic
I can't imagine how miserable life would be with a fear of geometric shapes.
lel.
You have no right to judge whether Christ has redeemed a man based on his national origin, or whether his community gives enough of a pooh to make a nice building.
It sounds to me like you may be the Larper friendo.

Not in English. I could dig some texts up, find someone to translate, but it would be a multi-year effort.
They also built churches to fire code before fire codes were a thing, it's why they use so many metals in their paints. A turk could set their church on fire and only a few wooden things would burn orthodox don't have pews because its rude to sit in the house of the lord
They actually have paratrooper priests too, which jump out of airplanes in priestly garb. Some are armed with PP2000 submachine guns, but that's just being phased in.
I 100% unironically support churches in space
This is the last image I have to bump this thread. I hope someone else can keep it bumped so it doesn't die.
Did satan first conceive of the triangle, or did God?
Baptist
Then it was the Holy Ghost who put us on it.
