Well the government should be doing its job to crack down on monopolization and fiscal crimes however because of corporate lobbyists, politicians and bureaucrats always become corrupted and look the other way. Its "pay to play" really. If you have enough money to flash around, you are exempted and can do almost anything and get away with it. If you are poor, middle class or even upper mid class, forget about it.
Thats the problem. All lobbying should be considered treason and treated as such. Both lobbyists and the corrupted officials should be behind bars.
This has nothing to do with the free market, and I could care less if Google is doing business with Russia. What I don't like is the utter hypocrisy of it all. You have conservatives like Roger Stone locked up over alleged Russian collusion, but yet the CEO of Google can do business deals with the Russian government and walk off like nothing ever happened? It is total in-our-fucking-face hypocrisy and a mockery of Justice. Thats what we have today.
Corrupt officials. And I do partially blame that on Trump too, because it is his responsibility as president to fire these kinds of corrupt rats and hire people with integrity and honesty. He should have gotten started with a massive purge Day 1.
