While you are correct that he hasn't worked for the NSA in a long time (since he actually WROTE the ThinThread monitoring software) he still has very close connections, and I'm not a computer genius so I'm not going to pretend like I am, but he says they could tell by the packets that no party actually hacked the files…
He said files were definitely taken, but they were put onto a flash drive, not hacked by the Russians or anyone else.
And that single factor is exactly why I have been confused about this thing the whole time.
I simply assumed that the Department of Justice would not be investigating it if there wasn't something to investigate in the first place.
But William Binney's assessment added a completely different twist, and left me questioning what the fuck was really going on.

The use of concrete? Thats not illegal. At all. Maybe if its a front company to launder money it may be. Otherwise there is no law against making profits from concrete for construction or what have you.
There came a time where the mob had to move into a legitimate business so they chose construction. The gripe is that they have extremely unfair requirements, costs, etc. Just do a bit of research on it.

Yeah there was probably no hacking involved. I think the Russian involvement wasn't hacking, but "interference". Things like creating fake news sites, twitter bots, etc.
I told you about this. The DNC was not hacked. It was Seth Rich - the murdered former disgruntled Bernie Bro who worked at the DNC - who ended up stealing the files/emails and leaking them. And I DO believe, considering he had connections with Kim Dotcom, Kim helped him leak it to the right sources in time before he got caught. Kim admitted he was in contact with Seth.
