trudeau was a one issue vote for most people. weed legalization. if any other party ran on that they could have been voted in easy. except the conservatives were opting to run anti-weed propaganda for months leading up to the election along with advertising the "canada economic action plan" that was literally just a fucking bunch of billboards and radio/tv ads for a "plan" that didn't exist
