your fabricated excuse is disproven in this photograph of trump wearing a hat. Notice that here, he has the same sidewalls swept back over his ears as he always does, whereas in OPs pic, the hair is slicked back behind the ears completely.
of course he wouldn't have his hair hanging out from underneath the front of the hat. That's why to determine any difference in hairstyle, one must look at the hair that is exposed on the sides, and analyze whether it's indicative of the creepy beauty parlor hairstyle we normally see, or if there is a change. Clearly, the indicator we will be looking for is whether or not the hair is over the ears or behind the ears.

SUMMARY OF ANALYSIS: in OPs pic, the first time any of us have ever seen Trump's ears completely uncovered by hair. Even when wearing hats, Trump will have his hair covering his ears. There has never been a public photograph of an adult Donald Trump with the hair slicked back completely behind his ears.
