Has anyone else noticed Pastor Anderson acting weird lately?
Is there something going on in his life?

Ever since the MASA conference he's been doing less and less sermons. A week or so ago he had one sermon that started off with "I'll keep the sermon short because of blank"
He didn't do a sermon today
Also hes been doing much less of them

Also his YouTube videos on his channel are becoming more and more clickbaity and the only real content he's producing is taking old sermons and taking samples from them.

Just curious to what's going on

You mean aside from how he always acts?

He didn't do a sermon today
Also hes been doing much less of them

Maybe the despair is kicking in and he will finally realize what a sham he is. Who knows.

What was this?

Make America Straight Again

There's a small possibility that he started believing in God and now regrets his actions. Lets wait and see.

I don't follow him, so I checked out his Youtube channel and didn't see anything really weird. Could you point out something maybe? Or is it just a vibe that only fans would pick up on? Thanks

Liberation will never come through the screen.

Honestly probably just this.
I watched him everyday since January and just noticed hes acting differently

He'll eventually convert to Catholicism, I'm afraid.

Reported.

That's what I was thinking.

I don't wanna jump the gun or anything, but if Steven Anderson did begome, it would be the biggest happening on Zig Forums in the year. With God all things are possible after all. Pray for his and his family's soul. Godwilling they will come home to Rome.

Imagine the titanic amount of memes that would be created if that happened.

I attend FWBC and I can confirm something is up with Pastor Anderson

Has his closet homosexuality been exposed?

Probably a catholic false flag but I wanna believe

What's really strange is how Anderson hasn't been shilled on this board nearly as much over the last couple of months. I wonder if one of his older boys stumbled upon Zig Forums, shitposted here on his behalf, eventually showed the man himself this board, and now Steve at the very least has doubts about his Baptist faith? One can only speculate at this point.

he's been getting a lot of pushback from biblically-grounded christians recently over his doctrinal positions such as his assertion that Repentance is a work, and therefore unnecessary to salvation – and this having come to light seems to have diminished his audience, who are beginning to recognise that his thinking is cultic rather historically orthodox

that and the fact that his handling of internal disputes has been disgraceful for its abusiveness, has pushed a lot of more sober minded believers away from the errors of the NIFB

Not as demonic as your attitude

You can still break your Hollywood social programming.
Get a grip.

Pray the rosary for the lost lamb, Steven Anderson. It's all most of us can do for him and his family at this point.

Hate Catholics so much

Can somebody go through his vids and give a rundown? I think it's potentially huge that Anderson begomes

I doubt there is a single person in the world more "Biblically-grounded" than Pastor Anderson.
1) this isn't a new position of his, he has always preached that repenting of your sins is a work, and 2) repenting of your sins objectively IS works (what's not works is repenting of your false beliefs and accepting Christ). Pastor Anderson has never taught that "repenting" in general is works, only that repenting of your sins is works.

Not going to happen, you simply don't know him very well if you think this is even a remote possibility. He has seemed a little burnt out lately but that's all. Part of it is probably the new documentary on Greek that he's been working on.

A false belief held when the Truth of Christ is known is a sin, so what you mention is also repenting of sins.

I don't see how Anderson is particularly "Biblically-grounded", since he falls into childish, nonsensical heresies like iconoclasy. Sure he cares about Scripture, but at the end of the day, he falls into every single typical prot nonsense, and it is clear that he does so out of habit.

Never say never
I never thought I would abandon my bible-idolatry yet I have.
I never thought I could beat my drug and porn addiction, yet I have.

With God all things are possible.

It's literally one of the Ten Commandments (oh wait, that's right, Catholics edit the Ten Commandments to remove the one about no images lol). I guess you can make anything seem childish and nonsensical if you are willing to change the word of God.

I thought muslims weren't allowed on this board.

When the only response you're able to muster up is calling someone a Muslim, you know you've lost the argument.

The Ark of the Covenant being commanded to have images of Angels in Exodus must be God violating His own commandments.

No, it's one of the exceptions that proves the rule, and notice that 1) God himself gave the order to create them, no man has the right to authorize the creation of any images on his own, and 2) the Israelites were never commanded to worship, kiss, or burn incense to the cherub statues like Catholics and Orthodox do with their images. In fact, when the Israelites started burning incense in front of the golden serpent, God had it destroyed. What does that tell you about burning incense in front of images of Mary, hmm?

The Ark of the Covenant was considered the Holy of Holies. Do you even read your Bible?

Did you even read what I wrote? Your post is a non-sequitur.

*And don't forget the Virgin Mary ;)

Amen.

To be fair he always have been weird. Personally i think he did some interesting stuff, but i don't prefer his preaching. I find myself often disagreeing with him wich is ok, but he also tends to mock and make spectacles wich i don't like at all.

Other then that he seems the same to me, unless there is something i have not seen.

This thread is the reason why people hate Catholics.
Youre literally /r/Christianity except Catholic
