Can any of you autists figure out what operating system or browser Nasim was using from this screenshot (more like a picture of the screen), or another screenshot anyone can find? I saw that protonmail was used, which spikes my autistic curiosity.
Here are a few things I can think of which can identify the OS and/or browser:
* mouse cursor
* font rendering
* window borders
Mouse cursor and window borders are not present in this particular screenshot. From the picture I guess she uses a PC rather than a laptop.
I'll post additional info whan I get it.

I don't think so. A few years ago, opening a webpage in linux mint's firefox (for example) resulted in a significantly different appearance to the same webpage in windows firefox. Different OSes and browsers have different default fonts used when a webpage doesn't specify an exact font to use.
All that may or may not be relevant in this situation: I'd have to find out what font protonmail uses in their page.

If you really want to know create a Protonmail account and look in the CSS for the font fallback string.
Then look which font is in the screenshot and which OSs have which fonts available.
Note that the result is not definitive since you can install MS fonts on Linux.
