Imagine being a weak man given where we are, you likely don't have to, but having an intense desire to be accepted by others (especially romantically). You could solve this by becoming physically strong and acting manly, but that takes a ton of effort since you have to eat healthy and to to the gym, and you don't have the discipline for it since you're the kind of person that sits on their computer all the time (the kind that would want to go into tech, for example).
But while it isn't socially good for men to be weak, it's fine for women, so if only you could become a cute girl your life would be easy and everyone would be nice to you. You start to develop fantasies of living as such to escape your shitty life, still not at the point of wanting to become a tranny, but over years these fantasies start to become your reality. Your favorite part of the day is when you lie in bed and dream about what it would be like, and despise the times when you have to deal with reality. You want to always live in your fantasy, and eventually you come to the conclusion that the only way to do this is to become a woman.
However, you fail. No matter what you do you'll always look like a dude. It's physically impossible for you to make your dreams a reality, but you must cope somehow. Since you cannot raise your own beauty to the standards of others, you attempt to lower other people's standards of beauty to yours. It doesn't actually work, but you surround yourself with people that tell you that you're beautiful because they're either virtue signaling or fellow trannies in the same situation. You live in a bubble of lies, and everyone outside of the bubble is a needle. This is both why there are so many trannies in tech and why they are so hostile and authoritarian. They can't fully believe their fantasy if they have to ever interact with nonbelievers, so the heathens must be purged at all costs.
I know all this because I used to be on this path, but I found myself in a situation where I had to not be a tranny for an extended period of time and got a girlfriend. I learned that being a strong, dominant, man comes naturally if I let it, so I dropped the fantasy and picked up the weights.

Unattractive males who can't get women become shut-in technologists and a small, yet vocal, minority of them turn into faggots in order to get any sort attention. They're also going to be more prevalent in tech than actual women by virtue of them having male brains.
