This policy is pretty much in place nationwide, where I live in the midwest, we've caught police admitting on the scanner that they were called by teachers on their personal sail foams to avoid having an official record!
I always laugh that there are those out there that truly believe if everyone was blandda up into some diverse mongrel slop or was one race there would be no more chimpouts.
