No, you really can't. At least not immediately. You'd have lots of porous areas just ripe to sneak through.
Slowly chipping away at you is the problem. It's not a war of attrition you'd be dealing with; every person you lose is harder to replace than there's. Every inch of land you cede is a tightening of the noose in regards to physical space and resources you hold.
You need long people for any long term sustainability - something whites in every country don't have. And to add to this you have fewer white people with every passing hour as more die off with Boomers (who are virtually useless for any sort of fighting as it is) making up a huge chunk of the population (and this even assumes that Boomers are all on your side anyway which isn't the case).
But will you actually use it?
Assuming you don't face any unforeseen roadblocks like outside manipulation/bio-warfare, natural droughts, etc.

I know you and the other user have begun your own battle of hypotheticals, but that picture is from the book, and depicts not an end point, but the formation of where the front lines of civil war 2 would be drawn based on the racial makeup, and geographic layout of the country. Basically, that ground has already been ceded.

Alaska may do okay in a civil war despite being effectively cut off from the world. But the same will not be true for Vancouver. Vancouver will not do well because they are not homogeneous. You cannot survive as a city when you are not homogeneous. Worse yet for them, their back is not secure. Right wingers surround the city. No food by way of land if things break down. Worse yet, the only two highways that lead to the city run through Seattle and the other through that bridge points out. Who would run that gauntlet? I wouldn't. Worse still the city is run by limp wristed liberals. Honestly I said that the Asians were probably not going to start rioting, but now that I think about it, liberals mismanage things to such an extent that I wouldn't be surprised if the liberals themselves rioted. And if they did, what if they unintentionally attacked the Asian businesses? Just on the outskirts of Asian city blocks and by mistake. This would be enough to compel the Asians to defend their city blocjs Serajevo style. And what then?

In theory you are correct but in practice you are not. We are in a bad place, but at least White racialists have support bases with millions of supported around the country. IN America alone we have support bases in Cascadia, the midwest, the south, and even pockets in the east. Not even mentioning our millions of steely eyed lone wolfer types unconnected with anyone who support us via the alt-right and other nationalist movements, parties, and ideologies. We have White militias that are as well armed as any police force. And the police themselves are riddled with pro-Whites as individuals and even in coordinating networks.
What do the communists have?
They have basically no support outside of limp wristed liberal college students, who are more concerned with liberalism than communism which is just a fad to them. They have no real support bases anywhere in America. Rural areas despise and scorn them. So even if they did have militias, where would they operate? Liberals will run the cities and neocons, conservatives, and White racialists will run the countryside. So where will they run? Nothing and nowhere.

Oh sure, they have the john brown shooting club. But that's not a real militia. That's a get together of communists once a month or so to pretend to be revolutionaries and pretend to know how to use guns.
There are communists in the world that know how to fight and use guns and are organized and have support from the countryside. They're in Asia. They're in Africa. But cry as they might, it's just not the case here. And ironically, those "communists" in Asia aren't even communists anyway. They're civic nationalists who want ethno-states. Vietnam for the Vietnamese. A state for the Santal people. Laos for the Laotian people. Etcetera. A bit of a tangent but White communists are fucking morons. They support civic-nationalism when it pretends to be communism because communists are more concerned with wordism than reality.
Anyway, my point is that communists have no fucking chance of achieving anything other than empowering a right wing dictatorship if things collapse. They have no support, no organization, no paramilitary groups, and no goals really.
