Insist on a friend to watch for cops or ZOG enabling losers. If you need to intimidate a belligerent passerby into silence then do so by surrounding them and pushing them back. With a mask on they will probably flee. That being said usually it is a dumb idea to tag in a busy street unless you do it fast.
