This isn't a game. This is literally a struggle over the battle-space that will dictate the next century. Everything that happens at inception matters immensely. Its literally black box data analysis magic. Data goes in, statistical analysis applied, neural nodes regress through data and construct their own "synapses" and qualifiers. We don't need to know what the rules and connections that the neural net is forming for it to be trained and develop them.
