Really go at it from the good intentions or the "you're denying science" angle. When you go from the good intentions angle it really forces them to reconsider, because when you humanize your opinions and they can't refute it then they HAVE to reconsider if they're really in the wrong. If they individually won't then the crowd will. If they doubt race realism refer to haplogroups and genetic clustering. Be aware of the "variance between individuals of a race more than of other races" fallacy, the more genes you account for the more impossible this becomes. If you go for black hair then the claim is true, black haired white individuals cluster more with Africans than other whites. But do Black hair and green eyes and suddenly that overlap is gone. Black hair, green eyes and non curly hair, BAM even less overlap.
