The tech for this is already out there. There are various forms of censorship-resistant and anonymous systems based either on p2p, cryptocurrencies, alternative protocols and virtual file systems, or a mix of all of them, on which a chan could be hosted.
The problem here is as usual: get people to use shit. All these new solutions are still too complex for a Zig Forums normie to use conveniently. In a few years when chans will be burned down, people will be forced into these alternatives and through user growth, these solutions will grow.
