I view everything in the course of civilization now. Promiscuity, the influx of foreigners, love of money, general immorality are all signs of dying civilizations.
A person is influenced by everything they interact with. If they watch Jewish propaganda on Netflix, listen to R&B, are influenced by extreme-left propaganda, and interact with a group of friends that embody many of those beliefs, then it's almost impossible for them to not become the embodiment of degeneracy themselves. They are being persuaded to do so at every possible moment.
Knowing this, how do we find normal women that are not influenced by such things? First, you must look at geography. The further away from the West one is, the less influenced by degeneracy they will be and the more likely they are to be influenced by traditional values. This means obviously to move away from major capital cities of the West, e.g. New York, LA, Sydney, Melbourne, London, Berlin, Toronto etc. This also means to move away from major capital cities in general. Sure, Moscow might not be as bad as London, but it's likely to have more degenerate indoctrination than a regional Russian city. Why? Because Muscovites still live a relatively Western lifestyle, and interact with the West in many ways (television, movies, music, popular culture, business, tourism).
The second factor we must consider is language. English is the language of the West, and as such the West's degenerate memes are largely communicated in English. It is difficult for someone to fall for poisonous Western memes and propaganda if they cannot understand the movies, music and popular culture of the West. Therefore, English illiteracy is a positive trait, as it insulates and provides a barrier to infection from Western degeneracy.
I'm sure that there are other factors, but those two I think are the most important for finding a woman and culture that will get your bloodline through the continuing degeneracy of the Western world. Find a relatively remote geographical area where they do not speak English.
