Speaking another language does NOT mean you're from a different race.
1) anyone can learn a language
2) one race can speak several languages
3) Switzerland has mostly Germanic blood, who happen to speak different languages (they have the same genes)
Also, Switzerland works because it is rich and doesn't give away citizen benefits for free.
