Civic nationalism is a form of nationalism which means it is by it's very definition firewalls. Communism is inherantly globalist and so there is no escape from it. Civic nationalism you can just move to a white ethnostate, the only trick is founding one somewhere in the world. Communists would come after you from all over the world, civic nationalists would only care if you were doing it in their country.
