First of all I'd like to say bumperino. Second of all this is a good idea, and the way you have phrased the question is excellent. My third and final point is that your formatting is shit and this is it's own thing and doesn't need to be in the IOTBW style. It needs to be in the style of a diploma, because isn't that ultimately what paying for college is about?
