An unfortunate fact is that, over the course of decades via propaganda and tainted "education," Jews have turned victimhood into power in our culture, and the more of a victim you are, the more power you have through your weakness. Naturally, the Jews, who have more political and financial power than any other ethnic or religious group in the world, are the most oppressed and the biggest victims, so their problems are the most important and the first that have to be solved. Funny how that works.
