City Council says this was apart of a vote, but in review of their previous agenda, there was nothing related to closing the police dept. on the schedule.
An (((HR Specialist))) showed up and told them that they were all being let go. The (((specialist))) instructed the Police Chief that he was not to speak with the media.
This is a predominantly white community that has been recently (((diversified))) and infested with drugs and crime.
Now they've been ripped of the little protection that they had.
What the fuck is going on? How the fuck can this (((specialist))) just come in and tell the Chief of Police that he no longer has a police force to protect the community in which he lives?

Too many police can have a negative effect on such a small town. They may have impacted local businesses by harassing people driving by on their way to the Ozarks, or got half the town on DUI charges. The town may have had good reason to do it. Crime stats appear to be low compared to most other cities. The only thing that is high is burglaries. Garden City appears to be 97% white. They don't have any blacks.
