Local police are owned, operated, and paid for by the county/city. State by the state. FBI isn't police and neither is the secret service. Capitol police aren't true police, they're security guards like the secret service.

Okay, that's not so bad. Seems like a fairly reasonable analysis of things.
So, this was literally a race war instigated by (((socialists))) and profit-hungry (((businessmen))), and the government was made aware of the direct causes of it, but took no further action in the matter. Sounds about right.
