The people I tell that I deleted my facebook several years ago are very quick to tell me they barely even use it anymore except for sharing pictures once in a while of their family. Facebook is just an online photo album for most people. I have several actual photo albums filled with real pictures from before the internet was a thing, and this behavior is only migrated (unfortunately) to an online platform. The good news is that anti-social media sentiment is rising and you can easily stoke this discomfort to your advantage. Average everyday well-adjusted people are not on twitter or instagram or scrolling through youtube comments because they knew it was making them miserable before any of the surveys were done showing it. As it turns out, even if a lot of people are involved in social media, most of them don't enjoy it and the adoption of (((modernity))) isn't occurring as quickly as some would like. Normal well-adjusted people work and they go home to their families to participate in the piece of their lives they actually care about.
People are more and more realizing that the thing they care about are actual relationships, and the number of actual relationships online is exactly zero so there is no reason to logon. In all the years I've been online practicing argument with inflexible people entrenched in their position I honestly can't recall a single mind I've changed. In real life however I can give you half a dozen names.
The first half of your post is good. My post concerns itself with the second half primarily. There are three ways that the left can be combated. Noviolent economic sanction, violet limited direct action against material, and direct action against leftists and their institutions.
The first is generally the easiest and least costly. It calls for the formation of underground markets to move goods and services, typically grey, but sometimes black in nature. The main goal is tax minimization and resource depravation. For example, alarming amounts of capital still flow through institutions like Paypal, which is throughly kiked. This needs to be combatted. On a personal level, call for payment methods other than Paypal for transactions. On a group/clique level, organize action against paypal up to and including its removal from sites that you frequent. Paypal is just an example. Others include Walmart, Amazon, and many banks. Fight against them whenever possible if they try to open locations in your community, or boycott them entirely. Use credit unions whenever possible instead of national banks, learn about microloans and use them.
On the issue of tax minmization, the best you can do personally is to buy used and to limit your income to whatever you feel is acceptable. Remember that 20% of your paycheck goes to uncle sam and his army of libniggers and actual niggers, so make less and sammy gets less. Outright tax evasion is better for us as a whole, but it puts you at risk, so it's up to you to determine if you want to do it.
The first direct action method can be summed up like this. You have indirect things like attacks on power lines and railways, and then things like throwing caltrops on roads in liberal areas or "guerilla gardening" (throwing invasive species with the purpose of bringing down property values in leftist areas). The goal is to hurt leftists financially/physically via low investment/low risk direct action. These are all examples of attacks on material.
The second direct action method is to go full Zig Forums on the government. That's already been beaten to death, so it won't be disscussed here.

I'd argue that people in general feel so isolated due to the relentless attack on the family and the forcing of integration of race and gender into all institutions and group settings. I disagree that normalfags can only be guided online. Normalfags are still heavily reliant upon personal anecdotes in shaping worldview. The issue is that through the advent of instant communication and constant connectivity they are reminded more than ever that their experiences are just one of many, and NOT uniform across the board in any capacity. This causes them to devalue and go against their own experiences and worldview in an unhealthy manner because they hold awareness of all the possibilities life can be. This is why they are buying the fatal lies of our enemies. Most harms are however best avoided if one has the knowledge to do so, and in this day in age we have that, but not yet the means.
In terms of communication and the internet I think it's time to start looking for a medium with more refined signal to noise ration. Filtration will be the next breakthrough in communication, it's already beginning. While it's good to be able to namefag to the world about whatever I want online, the fact of the matter is that we don't need the masses, in fact we need a very small but specific portion of the them. I exhaust from having to construct artificial interaction to advance through social situation with people vastly less progenically procreated than myself and likeminds. It's too much fucking effort. The what now looks like beginning to create codes of conduct, standards to bear and other virtuous and qualitative filters to guide the flow of information from top end node top end node. Whether there is a way for that to happen online or not I don't care, if need be we will create a new way to speak to each other.
You can be serious and humorous simultaneously and not them compromise the other. I'm working hard to become the ally we all need to become, and if all works out the leader I wished was there to lead me from the beginning.

There are several no income tax states and other low tax states. Don't knowing fork over a good piece of your wageslave earnings back to the government by living where they collect it.

Agreed, there are so many factors driving this. The utility in pointing at social media is that it subverts one of the main methods they use for distributing disinformation. Again, with censorship increasing, we are becoming less and less capable of hijacking their propaganda mechanisms online.
I feel like this too sometimes, but then I remind myself that the alternatives in this struggle are existence vs. non-existence. We don't have to agree on which method might yield the ripest fruit because efforts are needed in all directions radiantly. I will exert every ounce of effort I can muster in this, there is no such a thing as "too much effort" because we are out gunned on this. No matter the effort you exert, more will be demanded and required for success.

Every time I try to write something about this it doesn't seem like it's worthy though. The disinformation in the health sector is over 9000% and I don't have any way to "override" or subvert the disinfo. I've been posting on /fit/ now and then, attempting in various ways to preach the truth, but health guru's are like sects of Christianity… every other day there is a new sect and a new gospel. Similar to the 88 precepts, maybe the best way to approach this is to come up with a "X number of precepts" style document that cuts through the shit. Fact, after fact, after fact… without making ultimate conclusions such that it corners the reader into a predestined conclusion. I would need some like-minded peer review badly but I could contribute some starting points in no particular order. (ideally the order would be cumulative and build toward the conclusion) I would have no fucking idea where to start or how to order this though.

I'm slightly versed in exercise science so I concur with your baseline and am familiar with what you're describing. I know "health" or whatever they call marketed dieting schemes these days is filled with garbage. Peer reviewed studies are worthless if your peers are non-whites. One of the biggest challenges to getting started with becoming what we must and filling the voids that continue to grow is to let go of the fear of credibility. Go with what works, not what is signed off on. For health and fitness one's own body is the seal of credibility, if that's right then whatever you are selling is too for most people.
