Even though they're both dirt, I would probably say that in terms of culture and attractiveness that Africans have an edge over Indians.
In a way that might make Indians more dangerous to whites because they are less monkey-like than niggers and so more of us would be tricked into racemixing with them.
Hell, when I was lurking r9k last week there was a bunch of Hindu memes as if they were embracing the religion. It's probably a step up from any of the 3 Abrahamic faiths and polytheistic paganism like Hindu might be a stepping stone to something more acceptable caucasian-based like Odin/Zeus.

One disadvantage halbers have relative to spears is that someone can hook the head of your weapon with a weapon and pull it away from you using their own weapon. Either pull it our of your hands, pull you with it, or make it hard to retract for a 2nd stab. You can't hook a lance/spear that way so you avoid those problems
Of course an inverse advantage of this is that halberds can do such hooking themselves whereas spears can't.
