I mean, on the one hand I agree you shouldn't be giving out pills to kids like candy, but even Iran does sex changes because there are birth defects where you literally get the wrong body. This might be difficult for an autist to understand by if you entered the real world during your childhood you would have noticed both men who were almost girls and women who were very manly.
