I thought I mentioned the ultimate goal of white ethnocolonies in swing states but it might have slipped my final posts. I never knew how intricate Irvine was developed, the more I learn about California the more I lament its browning. There is so much fertile land in the US that an ambitious and self-sustaining community could thrive beyond the bare minimum. Your example of Irvine is something to build on as a future layout of a city, but the biggest obstacle is the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Covenants and communities have no way of keeping out blacks, asians, jews, hispanics, or arabs.

Rural communities were primarily destroyed by suburbs in the lattter 20th century. Suburbs provided fairly affordable, minority-free areas that whites from prosperous rural communities could (((make a better life))) in. Towns that didn't get developed became so cheap out of desperation that minorities became the inevitable demographic to fill the gap.
As I mentioned first, you need to population control legislature and statutes. I believe you need to make sure your whites become committed to the small town, even if they're smart and feel like they should leave. If they DON'T leave at first the creation of finance or education centers will keep them around. Whites are smart and industrious, they set their sights high and farm towns aren't glorious to most of them.
Carefully designed cities like also help. If there is strong enforcement of rules and regulations in a coordinated setting, shitskins will avoid these areas. Rural towns, sadly, were too easy to move into.

That's been my biggest observation too. It appears that wealth and class are bigger indicators of white flight from leftist states and cities, as its left-leaning whites primarily in the middle class that leave the states they helped ruin. Are right-leaning people more stubborn in their refusal to leave? Or do the racial changes merely reflect the state-level decisions that drive out the middle class?

You could just not sell your home to non-whites if you're in a white neighborhood. Or just do what every other white does and use higher income as away to keep them out.

Couldn't you set the price for the house at 1 million and then offer a 900k voucher to a white couple because.. they are educated in the field the town needs. You could choose who gets the voucher. It would be a secret, non-whites would not even know about vouchers. On the market the house would cost 1million but you could approach white couples with medical degrees for example and tell them you will give them a discount voucher and they could buy a house in the city with only 100k.

The only ironclad way is through repealing the Civil Rights Act and all alterations and amendments of it. Anything else would be railroaded through the courts until the defendant financially surrenders. You can't beat the Jews at finance or law, God help you if you try but it takes populism and sheer force of will to undo a very very powerful minority
