Not directly, but in numerous little ways. The crash fucked all the stupid boomers who bought into the stock market and ensured that they would continue fucking working for another decade, and continue to occupy spots they were overqualified for and permanently keep younger people out of them.

Think of every shithead boomer you still see working a middle or decently paying lower level job and all the millennials that are 25 years old now and have never been able to get anything but part time highschooler work basically.

It didn't rip anything away from Millennials but it ensured they wouldn't be able to amass much worth ripping away for the next decade.

I'm hardly wealth or an elitist but the only people I know who have had troubles with employment like that were a few people who got meme degrees or nothing at all post high school. I'm not even talking just strictly uni, no certs or training or anything just went right to being a neet or to retail. I have nothing to back it up but I would say H1B is the main thing keeping whites under 30 from good pay.
