Exactly, all we want (a place to exist and express ourselves) really isn't that bad. The only issue is that there's no place to discuss these ideas with normal people, so there's no opportunity to justify why mutually beneficial measure should be implemented.
The idea would be that the little ethno-county determines its own immigration, so it could ban Jews and Muslims if it liked.

Of course non-whites would demand to be let it, but as they would still be allowed across almost the entire USA, they would have almost no way to politically justify this. If that doesn't mean much, then it's worth remembering that all the whites in these areas would be heavily in-group selective, and so the none white demands would meet a simply answer of no.
Counties have sheriffs which can enforce this kind of stuff. I have a feeling that some of these counties would end up having pretty high gun ownership rates, though it shouldn't come to that.
