Even if it's illegal where you are, conceal carry whatever is available and practical. Yuropoors carry a knife or screwdriver - it's only trouble if you get caught or are stupid or have to actually utilize the tool, in which case it becomes a minor problem since you now have preserved your honour and dignity in zogworld and must be punished. But it is the better route.
