What makes you think the electricity prices would go down? As if the owners of the Nuclear Thorium Plants wouldn't just keep the prices where they are right now or get taxed to oblivion. You'd have to remove kikes first.
Anyways, i think the highest potential for an energy "revolution" lies in solar thermal at the moment.
Just residential solar thermal alone could provide around 1/3 of electricity needs in the U.S, now imagine people building solar thermal plants all over the place on land where farming isn't viable. It would also mean self-reliance, no one would have monopoly on energy and it's impossible to kill the power grid as people are the power grid. Bonus: if you use seawater in a solar thermal plant that works with steam you can desalinate it for free.
Geo-Thermal also has a lot of potential, we just need better methods to get as close to the earth core as possible.
