NEET self-help: beating the NEET cycle

No faggot haven't you heard that cheesy quote.
Danger is real, but fear is a choice.
Fear is 100% useless and is literally the only real harmful phenomena. This is true at every level of reality.

I don't want to become a normalfag, thank you. Even if I live a miserably, lonely and sad NEET-unlife, at least then I can say that most of my decisions were my own and not of my body.

Fun fact - virtue-signalling liberals are addicts to their brain chemicals as well as their own delusions.

Hacks, as in life hacks? OP, might I suggest a death hack? I think it would suit you.

wtf I love NEETs

Because im not a closet pedophile who jacks off to loli

biohack

So are creative geniuses and highly influential people like basically anyone you could name including Hitler. Not a critique.

Dude this guy kept calling me every other day and we'd talk about quantum mechanics for hours…
I don't got time for that shit… I really need to make time

It is impossible to overemphasize how important physical, (IRL) social, and spiritual* connection are. These are the anchors to reality that keep you grounded, stable and integrated.

I overcame extreme chronic DP/DR (dissociation) and associated brainfog / blank mind in this way.

[* Whatever embodies the highest values and reality you can conceive that transcend the personal – God, race, etc.]

Spend a minute in a cold shower every morning. You might dread it at first but it will become addictive after a couple of weeks. Then try ice baths and wild swimming. Use the Wim Hof breathing method before extreme physical or mental exertion.

Get plenty of sun and fresh air.

Nootropics are mostly beneficial as you age, and only if you haven't neglected the basics (diet, exercise, sleep, etc.). I'd generally recommend uridine, ALCAR, idebenone, centrophenoxine (or huperzine-a, citicoline), and picamilon. For supplements: sublingual B-vitamins, (especially B12), D3, zinc, and magnesium (chelated). (For skin health (e.g., acne), high-dose selenium, chromium picolinate, zinc picolinate, D3, and NAC are a powerful combination, but only take high doses in the short term.)

Wake early. I'm a night person but getting up a couple of hours before sunrise satisifies that. 4:30am is the sweet spot.

Spend 1 solid hour a week in receptive silence to clear your mental stack, reflect on your week, reaffirm goals and values, make course adjustments, and integrate and center yourself. This will put you ahead of 99%.

Whatever you commit to doing, make it a habit by repeating it every day for three months and never suffer a single exception. (Try a habit tracker app like Loop Habit Tracker.)
