You're missing the point entirely. First of all, whites can be rich, not on the level of the top kikes of course, but many are still worth billions, millions or even just hundreds of thousands. Secondly, the point of the "meme" is that the bread and circus keep going. Poor whites can still afford housing, food, water and have enough left over for TV, movies, going out, video games etc. That is the bread and circus right there, as long as things are easy and comfortable, nothing will change.
