Funds for a new place that isn't in a more temperate wasteland than this one, so I don't have to decide between a safe working temperature heh… -20 at some points this winter. The resins will not set. and good ventilation. Can't even safely run a wood stove, due to flammable materials, though the resins and binders for the next run of r&d won't have that off-gassing issue, so burning wood for heat again may be viable.
I have my hands in a lot of different pots, trying to get the funds I need, living off of next to nothing with every scrap invested, but it's not easy waiting for the win.
