Not entirely sure a forced breakout without a full on racewar/DOTR happening would even be how he'd want it to go, really. It's not like he was trying to get away with it.

In his current cell, Branton can't even see the sky let alone likely hear anything from the outside world (behind the fences).

He's not locked up with other inmates a far as I know. Block Class, own cell, no contact with other inmates at all costs. Private shower time 3x a week. Fancy.

Sounds relatively comfy. Definitely the setup I'd prefer personally.
