It is all based on power struggles. Imagine it like a ladder. The mayor is the situational and controls the other politicians by handouts of needed policy/quality of life improvements.If your city/region/neighborhood isn't literal trash, there is only one result of this power struggle corruption, the most voted candidate will always become opposition. But there lies the trick, the mayor/deputy will strangle the region where the opposition candidate comes from, how?
Politically, economically and if the inaction of citizen allows him, being a cunt to all civilian initiatives like taking the trash, keeping streets clean, getting ready of bums, drug addicts and felony. Just so you get an idea, the mayor and politicians here, literally opened a state sponsored drug addiction recovery center, 20m from the neighborhood's middle-school. Why? Because the opposition was growing strong and amassing to many voters from their base. Now imagine your daughter getting out of school just to be harassed by drug dealers offering drugs and sex(literally)? They sense the stress and make their move. The mayor's office, sensing the rising star in the opposition, offered him a position to earn around $4k to a do nothing job and possibly running later with their base support, just not running now. You get the idea, moving on.
Now the opposition is fractured and there is another rising star, but he is tougher and less inclined to be bought. But guess what? Another strike in their heart. The most voted candidate for the situation offers them a coalition. This offering is done to sort out the bad&good goyim. The good goyim are now pressuring and ostracizing the bad goyim inside the opposition, pushing him to depression and suicide watch. Isn't that nice? The deal will only happen if the bad ones are out of it. So the good ones, finally seal the deal. The opposition rising star now will become a representative enforcing the mayor and the system. The deal now secures the handouts and the region/neighbor is receiving all the benefits of being an ally. The assistants(members of community/boomers) all get menial jobs at their respective representative, and the bad apples become Zig Forums without ever browsing it. If only we could create a political party with all the rejects of the system, we could literally tumble the barrel to the other side.
