It's an excuse organizations use when you do something illegal or against their own policy and call it out. They just say it never happened and you made it up because that person has the wrong hair color.
I know someone who made complaints at separate events years apart and both organizations used the same excuse.

I don't understand why you guys don't think coercing a kid who doesn't know any better isn't sexual abuse.
It's very easy to describe sex to a child who doesn't know what it is as a wonderful act of love that doesn't hurt and makes you feel good. And because children are fucking stupid they believe it. In reality sex comes with a lot of issues especially when they grow up and realize they were taken advantage of and don't want to do it again then later hate themselves and lay down on the train tracks to commit suicide by decapitation. Like I said read about PTSD, child abuse even without a sexual component can cause PTSD.
What about the parent's rights to stop their kid having sex until they are adults?
