Someone who ran on repealing the personal income tax and instating a flat 18% income tax on all corporations, regardless of size or income type, would win the presidency on that alone. If jews didn't exist, that is.

OP
IBM paid $0 in taxes
<correct
loosing money and profits, no more china, sold all tools and fabs to asia (reads: looted; sears maneuvers, etc).
now laying off workers
<correct
'workers' already paid, and on life support extensions for quite some time. account transitions already sold off and done; those that are out are the ones not picked back up. quotas and staged retention, already overly generous from before their hire, must come to an end. nothing undue, lots of entitlement of make-believe/diversity/multicults will be unanswerable.

These events are. There is nothing unwarranted on them, and plenty overwarranted for 10yrs of overgenerous employees-as-shill-holders for tax dutching. Which will continue to unwind.

Perhaps IBM could divert resources into locale manufacturing of USA tools, smaller botique production fabs, along the lines of what it gave up (Power9, ThinkPad, etc). Of course, these layouts won't be useful in that direction, or any direction (as it, and them, were always a lie), so they will still be laid out.

Sorry. Nothing to report. Now get back to 'work.'

Tax cuts did this
this didn't happen under higher taxes
it's certainly not liberal policies that allow customer donations to be filed by corporation

IBM isn't going anywhere. A lot of infrastructure is built on IBMs technology from the 80s, and they still teach assembly/colbalt for their shit in schools. This shit would cost companies/cities/governments/etc billions of dollars and years to replace, with not much gain. As opposed to just keeping it around, and paying IBM some maintenance/consulting fees every once in a while. They also are buying out a lot of smaller companies, for example, Red Hat one of the larger Linux distros. The reason they bought out Red Hat is so they can get in on the cloud meme.

Again, more of the framework surrounding the transition. Already planned, nothing to do with taxes, nothing to do with work. Mass revenue pipe switching, which everyone knows has/is/will be also used for 'worker' cutting. People can cry into the wind, and I feel for them, but only in the sense that this is all going from has-been-stupid-for-decades to now even more short sighted (as if that was even possible). Add the new govt-top-down diversity program coordination, so as to be absolved from inter- and intra- company quota adjustments, and it's just sad. Decades long serial capitulation will always look horrid.

True. Also true: Win10, Sharepoint, Salesforce, RedHat RHE7/anti-unix/etc – all driving the structure to force-switch from the outside (aka 'disruption' by globohomo and blind cuck companies). Against central economics / capital ratchets, the total picture will render all 'old tech' (which did work better, cost less, and was far more stable) dead to all revenue streams. Which was known with China WTO 2001, etc. From then until now, no meaningful work or new production has been done. The squeezing of water from dead husks will continue, just from new carcasses.

Under capitalism corporations don't pay taxes they are able to just pass their taxes to the consumer by increasing prices and laying off workers.

It's all a matter of perspective. You can say the US is:
* communist
* capitalist
* communist and capitalist
In the end both are a tool of the Jew.

Capitalism is only a tool of the jew because of (((republican))) and (((democratic))) progressive left: both policies.
A true capitalist system works if the country stays near isolationist in nature as the US was for the first century.
