Is it worth trying to find a decent job or are they all time/soul draining. I've been trying to break the bonds of wage slavery for a while, but it's been slow on account that after every workday I feel burned out and sometimes just pass out as soon as I get home.

Why would it not be worth it?
Also, it may be worth increasing your personal energy store such that you do not feel drained by the end. Do you do manual labor?
Additional questions:
-diet
-sleep and what activities do you do a few hours prior to sleep?
-masturbation?
-exercise?
-meditation?
I'm currently reading Plutarch's Moralia and find it pretty relatable and applicable, I would definitely recommend it.
I especially like his advice to shield oneself (and your kids) from toxic people/idiots (in the German version it's 'Schwätzer' and 'Schmeichler', I guess in English that would be 'babblers' and 'flatterers') so that they won't destroy your relationship or have a shitty influence on your kids.
It is good advice. Fuck all these dumb normies. I don't mean to sound awfully brash, but that is the mentality that must be taken when navigating this kiked world. Some do not possess the willpower to separate themselves from what others do, regardless of what their true thoughts are. Those that do realize there is strength to be found in going your own way.
Reading the following is part of rediscovering the aryan roots and becoming a warrior for Odin. So this is some kind of self improvement:

To defeat the jews in real life, we must first defeat the jew in our self!
I struggle with two problems, discipline in working out and flirting and talking with women. Can any user share how you starting developing a discipline when working out. I was into it for a while at first before it became repetitive and boring compared to doing active sports. The other is how to flirt and talk to a girl. I can't seem to know what to say when talking to them or finding out what to say first to engage a conversation.
It's a huge time investment and I'd rather invest that time to get into freelancing
No. It's just that I have to have a constant stream of dialogue of what I'm doing all day while I'm doing it, which is like having to work both sides of your brain at once.
Vegetables, rice, protein bars and water. I use to have meat and eggs, but it just doesn't feel like there's enough hours in the day.
It's all over the fucking place, because every day is a struggle to not pass out the second I get home. I try to work towards getting away from having to work for some soulless company, and get into freelancing but it gets harder every day
The only degenerate thing I haven't been able to break. I manage to get off it for a week or two, but then there's always one day that's particularly shitty where I relapse. Similar to someone going "Fuck. I need a smoke after that one". Having a photographic memory never helped.
I have to walk pretty much everywhere, but other than that no.
Only on the weekends.
Few suggestions I can think of off the top of my head:
-Addition of eggs would be a great source of quality and convenient nutrients. Consider boiling as many as possible at a time and eating them quickly by hand.
-Sleep will be a hard one to correct, but also useful. You sound like you are sleep deprived in that you need extra sleep, not just the 8 hours. Perhaps 10 or 12 to fully catch up, then you have to have strict sleep hygiene to maintain restful sleep patterns.
-Quitting masturbation and the subsequent loss of energy will directly give you more energy for which to use.
-Meditation is a general life skill that serves a building block for all other skills by directly building on your ability to regulate emotions and focus.
-Exercise will also give you extra energy, however it would be hard for you to fit into your schedule.
I understand you work may be draining, but it is mental work like all good jobs. Are you sure a replacement would somehow replace that aspect of your job? That is something for you to decide.
Would going to school for 8 hours a day be equivalently mentally draining such that you fall asleep immediately after, or are you just sleep deprived?
that complete history book looks like a fucking good book. thanks for sharing
The thing about school is you can basically space out or mindlessly copy what's on the board. Even in the hardest math class you're usually just sitting there trying to follow whats going on. You don't have a constant dialogue with the teacher during the lecture about physics or whatever.
