Your entire post is a gross misunderstanding of breeding strategies in general, and humans in particular. Womrn have multiple ways to go about it, depending on environment, mate availability, social conditioning, etc.

The alpha/beta system is not necissarily a sexual selection system in humans. Anyway, there are two big strategies that modern western women use. The first is selection for resource availability. She's not likely going to care if you're some tall chad alpha with chiseled abs if you only make 20k a year, especially if she has a job herself. As a tribe, we should be able to specialize. There is no need for the shaman to be strong if there is a warrior who will protect him. The issue is that most people do not know what makes a shaman a shaman. It is not initiation into the caste, or knowledge of magic. It is that they simply take the time to read books, study nature, have deep conversations, and most importantly, understand their own mind.
