"All Disease Begins in The Gut." - Hippocrates

Yeah, guy is clearly loaded, he has other posts, and you can clearly see he spent thousands trying everything.

The cheapest stuff helped me the most. Aminoacid supplementation is really interesting too for me.

Vitamins and amino acids are not near as important as eating the proper foods.

There are an uncountable amount of nutrients that you can only get from fresh vegetables, especially if they're free from pesticides. You also want the bacteria that live on their surface to promote a healthy gut microbiome. Simply having the right ratio of fats-carbs-protein does NOT cut it, and only factors in minorly in your overall health. Calories in vs calories out is a myth, QUALITY food is what is needed.

It is a great pity that in America finding such food is very difficult, but for your health it is worth it. I am of the belief that anxiety, depression, low testosterone, and many others are all directly caused by an unhealthy gut, and I have numerous articles to prove it if you're interested.

Help yourself, it's the most important information you will ever receive.

I eat 80-90% animal products now, 10% or less plants. Carnivore AND keto AND intermittent fasting.

The cognitive benefits alone are astounding.

The first meal is chicken in butter, second are drumsticks with spices roasted in butter and a side of kim chi.

I've watched talks by Vonderplanitz and Campbell-McBride. Read a bit of W. A. Price and gave up grains years ago from what I saw when I googled his name. I'm still learning stuff.

Ever include organ meats in your diet?

(meant to tag this in my first post)
How much does about 2 weeks of groceries usually cost you?

I've just tried lamb liver. I'm having it on the side here with eggs in butter. I haven't gotten around to trying other stuff yet, haven't found where I can get it organic etc. When I do I'll try it raw. I'm Australian so its probably not relevant maybe I spend $8-10 per day. Butter is cheap

The Carnivore diet works. It's easy to stick to without needing to count nutrients or anything. You're eating the best part of every meal. Animals contain all the nutrients you need to live. The first two or three days you will feel like shit from not eating carbs and sugar. After that you become a superman. Your thoughts become clearer, you will not require sleep for long periods of time, you will have full energy at all times, you will grow more hair, depression and anxiety will be cured, many physical ailments will vanish. Sounded like bullshit to me at first but try it and see for yourself, you wont ever want to go back.

Yes I have all of those benefits you listed. Except the hair growth lol. Interestingly I started falling asleep around dark more often and waking up at first light.

But people have to make up their own minds about this and experiment because you can find research which states that a plant based diet is good for your gut AND you can find research which states the opposite essentially and especially that plants contain antinutrients like phytic acid, tannins, oxalates and more.

I just felt crappy on a plant based diet, and I feel killer right now on 90% carnivore.

Total bullshit.
