In the olden days, this would be stuff like mailing claims about the act to a big name reporter BEFORE the act.
This basic principal was depicted in several 1970s detective shows. It was also discussed IIRC in "The Anarchist Cookbook". If you DON"T take pains to be properly credited, any claims you make AFTER will be lost in shit-storm of phony claims by all sorts of little kooky do-nothing groups trying to take credit.
Anyways, my point is that whenever Rita Katz of Site Intel tells MSM "….and ISIS has claimed responsibility" its only Rita making that up after the fact.
