I think there is some sort of "The Completed Works of V.I. Lenin". Not sure if that's even what I'm talking about Are there any book(s) that contain all of Marx, Engels, (notable socialists in general) (notable) work?

It's probably one of literally thousands of books containing a selection of important Marx/Engels articles, books or book chapters. There's probably no point in wondering which specific one it is, because since it's German it could be an endless amount of State or private-issued selection, and the cover doesn't help.
