Is Maoist third worldism idpol and therefore reactionary...

Third worldism groups people by ther economic being and does not invoke identities, therefore it has nothing to do with Idpol.

What is even Maoist third worldism at all? Mao had a certain concept of three worlds, but it was a geopolitical, rather that revolutionary theory. Meme? Mistake due to similar-sounding ideas?

There is no logical way to brand Maoism as reactionary. Class collaboration is fully in line with historic materialism.

In the anti-imperialist context yes, capitalism is not developed evenly and profit capital is progressive conpared to land rent capital or feudalism, which a lot of thr world is currently stuck in (and bwing kept in due to imperialism).

Maoists don’t want to restore feudalism, aristocracy and absolute monarchy. Therefore, they are nor reactionaries. The word “reactionary” doesn’t mean “anyone I disagree with”.

so basically maoists are social democrats (with chinese characteristics)

Social democracy has created the most prosperous countries in the world, Maoism has created a famine that killed tens of millions of people.

Can't claim to speak for every Maoist, but the general principle is demand nothing less than full communism in the first world and let the third world, especially the feudal world, have its developmentalist nationalists like the OG KMT, Ba'athists, Chavismo etc.

Maoism has created the biggest poverty alleviation the world has ever seen, including ending constant starvation their nation has endured.

Communists are social democrats who chose a tactical approach of violent seizing of power and establishing revolutionary dictatorship.

There wasn't much of a distincion to begin with, and now it's mostly flavour. (as far as orthodox social democrats are concerned)

Famines happened in China every five minutes before Mao
