I'm quite brazen about my politics. If anything I try and humanise my politics by talking a lot about peace, helping the poor and the environment while tying my views to Communist imagery. That's how I do entryism, anyway.
Do you hide your real politics irl?

Oh, found the anarkiddie.
I avoid specifically referring to my views as Marxism when discussing them with baby boomers and gen x since they are still mostly red scared. If you just simply talk about class warfare and dialectical materialism with them, they tend to be more accepting to the idea. But if its millennials or gen z then I go full Marx.
Has worked for the most part. The key is not using buzzwords as that tends to put up the political blinders for the older generation and appealing to some of their already implanted beliefs. For example I had a boomer for a roommate who constantly bitched about immigrants. I got him to understand how immigration benefits porky as a cheap labor source for exploitation.
