White mans burden tier post, the Chinese are in the favorable position and have the most to gain from the vast resources, Africa on the other hands gets some roads to improve the resource extraction using slave labor.
I guarantee if this was the French you'll be speaking out about this neo-colonization and resource grabbing from Africa but it's okay when China hires cheap slave labor from African countries to dig out minerals cause they build roads and hospitals :)
