All right, so I sat through it. Here's what he does: he notes bad things happening in Venezuela, and in between mouths the word "mismanagement". But at no point does he investigate any specific instances of mismanagement. Can't he find any? Is it perhaps because there are mostly structural challenges facing the country? I can't tell because he didn't offer any deep analysis beyond "haha Maduro does and says silly things, insert gay joke here". Which he then follows up by implying the US is not in fact sabotaging Venezuela - it's not our fault! We didn't impose sanctions and fund opposition cum insurgent groups and a coup!
