It appears the president is saying autumn elections or amtechnocratic gov until december and then elections.
Also, could decemeber elections allow PaP to get their shit together? Is LeU gonna join PD's alliance?

There's definetly the possbility. PaP performed pretty well considering it was founded just months before the elections.
Is it likely? I don't think so. Right now Italy's is the League's bitch and M5S's FWB, it'll take a lot to bring those two down.

Unlikely. PaP was barely mentioned by the media while LeU despite their poor performance were constantly on air.
Not to mention the fact that leU are liberals/maybe socdem lite. I don't see them allying with small far left parties.
That is a good question. I think Berlusconi is pretty much done politically speaking. He will play his role in the opposition and not a lot more, his allies may abandon him and follow Salvini.

Could create an interesting dynamic, they are pro EU but major reformists, leftwing (although they are socdems, they are still pretty hardcore) and ofc run by the force of nature that is Varoufakis. Wouldn't be suprised if they ally with LeU like they did with Benoit Hammon in France.

In realtà, M5S e Lega, avendo più della metà dei seggi sia alla camera che al senato, possono mettere in stato d'accusa il presidente della repubblica.
Il Presidente della Repubblica non è responsabile degli atti compiuti nell’esercizio delle sue funzioni, tranne che per alto tradimento o per attentato alla Costituzione.
In tali casi è messo in stato di accusa dal Parlamento in seduta comune, a maggioranza assoluta dei suoi membri.
Ecco: alla camera M5S 225 + Lega 125 = 350 su 630; al senato M5S 112 + Lega 58 = 170 su 321. In seduta comune sono 350 + 170 = 520 su 951. La maggioranza assoluta c'è. Ergo, se Di Maio e Salvini - coi relativi gruppi parlamentari - non iniziano domani mattina la procedura di messa in stato d'accusa di Mozzarella - per i burini con velleità di parlare ammeregano: l'impiccemente - sono i due più grandi cuckold della storia d'Italia. E se ne sono visti un'infinità nel corso dei secoli…
Chiarito questo: il governo "giallo-verde" sarebbe comunque una pila di merda, ultimo tentativo di restare a galla di un corposo blocco sociale di ItaloPorky, che a questo punto sarebbe più corretto definire una borghesia compradora del tipo dei paesi sottosviluppati piuttosto che una borghesia nazionale, termine usato poco fa da uno dei tanti professoroni aterosclerotici - tale Sapelli - che appaiono nei grotteschi teatrini politico-televisivi. Le borghesie nazionali di paesi capitalisti più seri, comunque sfruttatrici e criminali, certi costi come l'amplissimo ricorso al lavoro nero, le migliaia di morti sul lavoro per rispetto della sicurezza inesistente, il sottosviluppo infrastrutturale, i profondi legami con una criminalità organizzata a dir poco trogloditica, li esternalizzano e non se li tengono in casa.
Comunque mi sembra che gli animi di molti si stiano surriscaldando. Magari sarà complice anche il caldo di questi giorni - cazzo! non ero più abituato dopo anni! - ma la situazione è molto tesa e potrebbe diventarlo ancora di più nei prossimi giorni.
Altra nota "istituzionale": se i gruppi 5 Stelle e Lega reggono e dunque continuano ad avere la maggioranza assoluta in tutte e due le camere, Mozzarella può dare l'incarico anche a Roberto Mancini o a Zdenek Zeman, a Gesù Cristo o a Maometto, ma al momento della richiesta di fiducia alle camere, vince la sfiducia e non se ne esce più se non con elezioni anticipate.
