Bolivia would probably help out. I don't think it will happen and this is mostly blowing smoke. They'll probably just try and stoke a coup again.

Venezuela could win the conventional war at the beginning if the effectively leveraged their anti-armor and anti-air capabilities. That would require enormous martial skill.
Venezuela is already preparing for a guerilla war. The people support Maduro for now, the terrain is dominated by jungles, muddy plains, and high mountains, 10% of the civilian population owns guns. However their nearest ally is Bolivia which means friendly resupply and sanctuary is effectively unavailable for most guerillas.
Venezuela would have to win any war, conventional or otherwise, quickly. The fastest way to get the US out would be to sponsor terrorist attacks at home. There are 300,000 Venezuelan Americans and 50 million Hispanic Americans. If Maduro can get 1% engaged in violent action like Northern Ireland's Troubles he could force the US to split along ethnic lines for a war.
